Broadway’s play-based preschool programs provide a creative learning environment for children beginning around the age of 3 years, continuing until they are ready for kindergarten around age 5. This program is tailored to meet the individual needs of each child and each group, designed to lay the foundation for social, intellectual, creative, physical and emotional growth.
Children in our preschool classrooms are offered a variety of activities including art and music experiences, science and math, cooking, stories, nutritious snack time, and indoor/outdoor play that develops both gross motor and fine motor skills.
Children are typically 3 years old by September 1 of the year they enter the program. Five-day, three-day, and two-day per week schedules are available. Classes run late August through early June.
Monday – Friday, 8:45 – 12, with optional Extended Care until 1 or 3:30, OR
Mon/Weds/Fri, 8:45 – 12, with optional Extended Care until 1 or 3:30, OR
Tuesday/Thursday, 8:45 – 12, with optional Extended Care until 1 or 3:30.
Extended Care between 12 and 3:30 PM is OPTIONAL.
The regular/academic school year runs from late August through mid-June.
A Summer Program is also available for our preschool students.
- Monday – Friday tuition for 2024-2025 is $11,770 per year plus fees:
- Application fee of $50
- Enrollment fee of $50
- Annual fee of $300
- Tuition is payable in 10 installments of $1177, with one installment due up front as a deposit and the remainder of payments due monthly, September through May.
- Monday/Wednesday/Friday tuition for 2024-2025 is $6,950 per year plus fees:
- Application fee of $50
- Enrollment fee of $50
- Annual fee of $200
- Tuition is payable in 10 installments of $695, with one installment due up front as a deposit and the remainder of payments due monthly, September through May.
- Tuesday/Thursday tuition for 2024-2025 is $4,970 per year plus fees:
- Application fee of $50
- Enrollment fee of $50
- Annual fee of $150
- Tuition is payable in 10 installments of $497, with one installment due up front as a deposit and the remainder of payments due monthly, September through May.
- Prices above are for morning program hours only, 8:45 – 12. Extended Care is optional and is available until 1 PM or 3:30 PM, for $14/hour if scheduled in advance or $15/hour for drop-in care. You can choose to pay a flat monthly rate for tuition and Extended Care for a deeper discount if your needs are consistent, or you can sign up for specific Extended Care hours month-by-month.
- Tuition assistance/financial aid is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please request an application for aid when you submit an Application for Enrollment.
- Summer Program tuition for 2024 is $260 per week not including Extended Care fees.
Sunshine Room (M/W/F only):
Up to 12 children with 2 teachers (6:1)
Rainbow Room (M – F, M/W/F, or Tu/Th):
Up to 21 Children with 3 teachers (7:1)
All classrooms receive the support of the School Director who is on-site every day.
